Terms Of Service

Please read my terms of service before contacting me for a commission.PAYMENT🦩Payment for my commissions are up front via Paypal invoice. Once the invoice is paid in full, I will begin working on your commission.🦩I will only accept payment in USD and through Kofi or PayPal at this moment.🦩I do not do payment plans. Please make sure to have all funds available when I send the invoice. Once the invoice is paid and the commission has been started, a refund cannot be requested.🦩Refunds during and after the commission is finished is prohibited. If you send Paypal a refund, it will be processed, but you will lose all rights of using the piece. I can use the finished piece for future advertising and you will no longer be allowed to commission me in the future.ART USAGE🦩Commissioned art can only be used by the one that commissioned it, unless a circumstance where the art is a gift.🦩I have a right to display commissioned pieces on my portfolio or to use as an example on my commission sheet. If you don't want me to, please contact me.🦩My customers are not allowed to claim my art as their own.🦩I am not allowed to claim that my customer's character(s) belongs to me.🦩My customers are not allowed to remove, alter, or crop out my watermark.🦩Commissioned art is allowed to be used on social media as an icon, banner, etc but I must be credited publicly in the description of the customer's social media. The credit cannot be hidden in a carrd or a separate page.🦩I will not mimic a certain artist's style for your commission.🦩Please refrain from colouring over/ drawing over the art you commissioned of me. If you would like something altered, please contact me and we can figure something out.DURING COMMISSION PROGRESS🦩All large changes to the shape and lines of the drawing must be figured out in the sketch stage. Once we have moved onto the lineart stage, I will kindly ask for 3 USD every large alteration requested, and price may raise once we move to the colour and shade stages. Small alterations are free.🦩Reference photos are highly appreciated. If you do not have a reference image of your character, it would be appreciated if you could provide images that could help me capture your character, such as species photos, photos of people with the same hair style/outfit, etc. Even a simple doodle in MS Paint can help me significantly.🦩Please do not pressure or harass me into drawing something I am not comfortable with drawing. If I am harassed, spammed, etc, you will be barred from commissioning me again.🦩Turnaround time can be as little as a day to as long as a month depending on the complexity of the commission, and my availability, as well as my overall wellbeing. Since last year I have been suffering from tendinitis that has been affecting my movement in my hand, making it harder to draw. I appreciate any patience if you consider commissioning me.

**I will not do certain fandom content.I might draw:
Feral OCs (quadropeds)
I am learning how to draw quadroped animals. If you are willing to be patient with me, I can possibly make this work for you.I Will Not Draw:
❌Anything that is racist, lgbtphobic, fatphobic, sexist, transmisogynistic, antisemitic, etc.
❌Minor/adult
❌Pedophilia and/or incest
❌Hardcore gore
❌Fetish and porn
❌Mechs, vehicles, etc (I'm just not very good at them)
❌Super complicated character design
❌Cops, Military in a positive light
